5 days more to FCS 2!

Hey peeps, it's exactly 5 days more to FCS 2! And we're still counting down!! Are you all excited yet? Cos I am!! With great lucky draws such as a Nike watch to be picked up, FCS 2 is definitely gonna be a superb event NOT to be missed! =)

So please get ready your oikoses and friends as the leaders will be contacting you TODAY, for a forecast, on WEDNESDAY for another forecast, and on FRIDAY for the last forecast of friends coming. So expect to hear from us a lot this week ya. =)

We had fun!

We're back from Hutan Lipur Kanching safe & sound!! Hehe... It was an amazing time of trekking, playing at the waterfalls, taking poser pictures, almost having near death experiences (nah, just joking!!!). So for those who couldn't join us, you really missed a great time le. But no worries, we'll definitely wanna do this again. Ok, I'll let Sara, Jeremy & Wei En blog more on trekking. Will post up pictures soon so stay tune! =)

Sports Day

Today was the 19th Annual Sports Day as you all know. For those of you who didn't make it, here's briefly and roughly what you guys missed!

7.00am-8.10am



All students assemble at the race track for attendance. Took a really long time. Students were then allowed to go back to their houses.





8.30 onwards





Events begin. It started of with marching, Berjaya, Maju, Kesatria, Hebat, Unggul.


It was pretty good. Though I only saw Unggul and Berjaya. =( After that was the speeches I think. Coz I was busy warming up. :)





Running events were up next. The first event for running was:-


4x100m


followed by:


400m


100m


4x400m





Girls were up first. Boy...almost everyone was scared. i was praying like mad in my heart. I wasn't nervous surpisingly. Though good la.:) P3 went first. Kesatria won! wohooo! next up, P2. Yours truly was the 2nd runner. =)) And I happily caught up with the rest. We ended up getting first too! Yay! P1 Hebat won. (i think) And the rest goes on.





It wasn't as exciting as last year.(team spirit) Sadly, there wasn't as many people as last year and majority started wandering around after the marching.


After all the running, one of the most exciting events that all DJ-ians look forward too: CHEER! :)





Berjaya was up first. They were alright too me. their rehersal yesterday was better. Anyway, one of the flyers fell though. Sadly. Then was kesatria. em...ok laaa. Saw it so many times edi. ^^ Next was Unggul. Followed by Maju then Hebat. After all that, *drum rollsss*

Yeah! Sorry, but the whole school wasn't as semangat as last year. Plus the fact we WON this year and we got 2nd last yr...pretty saddening. but, oh well.

I'm SUNBURNED. Like a red lobster.

Thats the fastest and reddest lobster I found. ^^

I thank God He provided me ENERGY to run 3 events today! Thankfully, I got 3rd in 100m and 1st in 4x100m. 4x400m not sure..will know on Monday! I'm pretty dissapointed at myself..and I know my capt. is dissapointed too. (that we didn't get #1. We were only 1/2 gold medals away from winning-kesatria i mean) haih. SORRY all u kes people. =( Really, i'm sorry.

Ahh...So thats about it. Sports Day. =) Hope u all enjoyed it!

Ok I don't wanna keep bugging you about this but it's very important so please help the leaders out here. We need your sharing on CG send in to us ASAP. Your dateline was yesterday (Tues), 12 midnight but so far we've only gotten like maybe 5 out of 19 member's sharing. What happen to the rest?!

Appreciate your effort and time put in this. You d best, you can do it! =)

I got my miracle!!!

Hey guys! Remember the miracle I was asking you all to pray for???

Guess what? I'm bloggin from Singapore now! Yeah!! And praise the Lord of course... Hehe... I was at emigration this morning by 7.45am. I made some appeals, saw many pengarahs and visited like almost every department in emigration. Went from 2nd floor, to 3rd floor, to 4th floor, then bck to 2nd floor, and 3rd floor and bck to 2nd floor again. I waited, prayed, was irritated by the officials there cos they take their own sweet time in doing things and was quite unhelpful, and was also so nervous as my bus to Singapore was gonna leave at 10am. By 9.30am, I was so sure I wouldn't get my passport on time and was ready to be disappointed.

But guess what?! I got my passport renewed and given back to me at 9.45am!!! It's really a miracle bcos passport takes like 2-3 hours to be done and I got mine done in 1 1/2 hours!! N just in time to catch my bus too! So it's really God's favor and His hand upon the situation. Thanks guys for praying! God is good, amen?!

Prayer needs...

Hey peeps, just some prayer needs...

1. Wei En sprained her neck a little so please pray for good night rest at night and fast recovery.

2. Mark C fell sick and didn't go to school today. Pray for speedy recovery and well restedness.

3. Jia Wen had a bad tummy crams today. Pray that she it'll be healed and for God's strength to be upon her instead.

4. As you all know I (CO) suppose to go S'pore tmr. Just found out from mum that my passport expires in 4 months time and that means I cant travel. So we're gonna go to emigration 1st thing tmr morning to see if they can issue me a special pass or some sort just for this few days. Pray that all will go well cos I've really been looking forward to this break for quite some time. Hopefully by the time some of you read this, I'll be on my way to Sing land already! =)

Jungle Trekking!

Hey guys...

Jungle trekking's on this Sunday!! We'll be trekking in Hutan Lipur Kanching (next to Templer's Park) which is about 1/2 hours drive from here. It has a waterfall there so yes, you can play water and swim and etc... I've trekked there before and it's a nice place so you definitely won't be disappointed! =)

The parental consent form has been passed out already. So morning session pls go collect them from Wei En & afternoon session pls go collect them from Mark C. Please get your parents to sign it and hand it back to us on Sat when you come for cg. Can't wait!!

As you all know, saringan was just yesterday.

And as you all know from gene-harn's postings, I took part in a few events. Yesterday was 100m and 200m. So I got 2nd for the 2nd hit in 100m which isn't thaaaat bad since I lost to Li Wei. I think I should be qualifying?

I am soooooooo geram at the 200m... I could've won! I was like a few cm away from winning!!

Note to all:- NEVER SAY "AIYAH DON'T CARE" WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING!

(coz I did.*grin*)

haiyaaaaaahhhh...If only I like sprinted all the way as usual. I'm seriously so regretting it. It kept replaying in my mind. On and on. But oh well, even if i DID get #1, I might not have gotten a medal. Nevermind laaa...I still have...hmpmh...3 more events. and I pray to God PLEASE LET ME WIN.

I'm gonna train like crap. Starting tomorrow.=)

got 4th for 100m and 200m events..nice kan? same like my MSSD when i was form 2...got 4th for both those events....anywayyy....i qualified for fianls next week...and i currently cant wlak..ekekek...so i skipped school today..and planning to skip school tomorrow...

okay so thats it...on a side note....saringan was boring except for the ending where my friends and i cheered like jakuns for fun....we werent suppose to get together cause of some thing bout staying with our own houses...but whoooo caress.....itss calleed...sportsmanship XD perpaduan rumah sukan...XD

CG On Sunday!

Hi peeps! Just wanted to remind you all that CG will be on Sunday for this weekend ONLY! =)


Where? Garage, DSP (entrance is beside Kheng Kee's!)
What time? 10am - 12pm (come by 9.45am!)


For those who don't need to rush back, join the cg for lunch?! =) Just a simple coffee shop lunch somewhere nearby. We'll send you all back after!

Also a reminder that we'll be collecting a special offering just for FCS 2. I hope all of you have prayed during the week and seeked God regarding this. The $ we're investing/giving/sowing in will all go in for blessing our friends during FCS 2 with great gifts and prizes. So do come prepared to give cheerfully & generously for God loves a cheerful giver, amen?! =)

My Lovely Girls...

I just had a lovely lunch with the girls (all except Sara who willingly sacrificed this for a greater cause! Your reward will be in heaven Sara!!) and we were fulled to the brim. =)

Thanks girls for giving up some time to hang out together. I know you're all very busy people so I really appreciate the time we spend together even if it's just for 2 hours. =) Next time will be KLCC right?! Then we can go meet Mag for lunch there. Heh. And so before I sign off, just a short note to each of my sweet girls whom I absolutely love!

Jia Wen: Do you know you're the oldest among all the girls?! You're like a big sister that they look up to. So don't bully them so much ya cos thru this lunch time we had, I could see that they do respect and look up to you. You go girl! =)

Wei En: Everytime I think of you, I'm amazed at how much you've grown. I appreciate you being so iniative in cg things. It's something that has blessed the cg and me tremendously. Keep up d good work! =)

Jia Yi: Did you know that you have a smile that can melt hearts? =) Behind your smile is a sweet+gentle spirit that God has placed in you, that has encouraged me in many ways. Remember that a smile can do such wonders to a person. So keep smiling wherever you go!

Xue Li: My dear girl, it was good seeing you after so long. Quite sad to see u still coughing though. Please get well soon ok. Want you to know you're a little fry (small in size) but with great potential and character. Everytime we hang out, I'm amazed at the new things I learn about you. Eg. u not liking prawns but you love lobsters!! Expensive taste! Hehe.. Know wat?! Don't loose your cuteness cos it has never failed to brighten up my day. =) See u on Sunday ya cos we reli miss you le...

Sara: I know you missed the lunch... But as I was sitting there explaining to the rest why you couldn't join us this time round, I was amazed at the sacrifice you were willing to make, just for CF. Not everyone has that kind of commitment and dedication. CF's hardwork but it's those who stick to it with perserverance+prayer that will see the labor of their hands. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. ;) We missed you at lunch btw...

Ai Lee: You're one quiet girl... HOWEVER, everytime I talk to you, I realised that there's so much in you that people don't know. From today's lunch, I observed that you're a very kind and sensitive person. You put others 1st before you. That's a character worthy to be praised! =)

This weekend, cg has been changed to SUNDAY instead of our usual Sat. This is due to the fact that you all got school le.. So please be informed that CG (just for this weekend) will be on Sunday, 10am - 12pm, at the garage in DSP.

Please start informing parents of the change ya. And if anyone has transportation issues, call any of the leaders and let them know by Sat so we can make prior arrangements.

I had like maths tuition today and because of SCHOOL on Saturday, we had to change the extra classes time. (Before this it was in the morning on Saturday) So unfortunately, everyone else (but me) could make it on a Saturday NIGHT.

I was like,"Teacher nuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!"

Well they ended up agreeing on a Saturday at night.

Guess what?
it's from 8-10pm

Okay i wasn't exactly agreeing to it coz I go to the 1st celebration. So what did I do? (okay you're going to think I'm so holy and all that)

I prayed. =D

Yup, I did. I was like,"God, please don't make it at a time that I can't come!! Please..Please..Please...."

So after tuition, we finally agreed and Ta-da! Turns out the week before FCS, my extra classes would have ended. Joy #1.


Joy #2 is that the 2nd week we don't have school so we can go back to the normal time which is in the morning. means I only have to leave church early ONCE. Amazing huh? =))


So I was like *phew* and O.O-awed.

So I decided to post about it here since like I'm pretty much thankful and all. Mind you, FCS was on my mind. Like,"Ohmygoodness!! Macam mana nak pergi ke FCS macam tu? Like that tak payah invite friends la!"

hehe. Isn't Daddy A-M-A-Z-I-N-G?? =)))

I made this like short short poem just now. I kinda lazy 2 put it up but if you wanna see it, let me know. ;]] mind you, it's just a simple oh-so-ameaturish poem I made in 5 mins to thank God. But if you really wanna see it, I'll post it up! =)

From Killer to Crusader!

Hey you all!! What's up since the last we blogged?

Doesn't the title create a certain curiousity?! What does "From Killer to Crusader" means?? Curious to find out more? Ehehe... Then step into our happening SMDJ CG this coming Sat! Same time (3pm), same place (library, DSP). PrayerPower House (PPH) will start at 2.15pm. For those who does NOT have tuition or any other school activity, I would want to see you at PPH. =) Any transportation issues, you know who to call!
