this is suppose to be published in CFSMKDJ newsletter but i'm kinda let u all read first la.. Oh yes oh yes, now! Don’t think that this is a math quiz or what. Look at the numbers hanging up there, what strikes into your mind? Three digits and a flying dot by the side? Or rather you will say, ‘ separuh bulat la! ‘, and yea, that proves that you need math tuition, muahaha! Well, let me be straight, it is a U turn and of course, you are suppose to feel lost now and wondering what on earth am I talking about. Ok guys and gurls! It is simulation time! Listen this, our lives are just like ‘life-cars’ in the highway, some of us have a driver but some we don’t. Still feeling obscure? Good then! Continue reading on!
It is all about memories and how wonderfully my life has changed upside down. This story of mine is just never ending and remarkable because I’m talking about my true self now, about my past experience, about how I climb ahead of all the troubles, and about how I trusted God. Before I start my story telling time, I shall code to you a verse, Psalms 55:22 “ Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.” And don't see any verses as a line of word, but it can be a meaning of life for eternity like mine today only if you mean it by your heart.
Well, I have so much to share about my life changing experience but allow me to flashback to five years ago, the moment where I was still innocent yet cute! :p.. That time I was still an atheist even though I attended Sunday school as usual but due to my ignorant brainy, I was still not mutual enough to give a care about anything I heard or learned and the only thing I learned is about Noah’s ark... wondering why? Because there was where I knew about animals... wahaha! X) And yea, when it came to the time for me to enter into SMKDJ, my secondary school, I still blaspheme about God in disrespectful way, things like ‘go die la!’, ‘oh my God!’ and sort of... but I never knew the meaning behind it and had fun saying it as loud as possible. But remember, I was still form one then and had this fuzzy and nerdy look! Well, as soon as I entered into this school, some sort of feeling just got my attention to join CF and I was doubt about it. But until Wei Chin (our ex ex president) came to my classroom and began to promote about joining CF, that is where I set my decision and went for it.
My life at that time was just like a superb Ferrari which is well polished and everything was just great. But sooner, my engine began to have defects and black smokes can be seen all around. Now what I mean here is that temptation, frustrations, worries, jealousy, and all others anti Christian behavior began to overwhelm my life. I had splendid of annoying problems and was in always in a quandary to take the next step. I was still a blurry youth that time, letting the bygone be bygone. But every time when I faced up with a dilemma, I had no courage to take on any risk. I had no purpose of living. It is just like a car without driver, in the middle of the highway and heading nowhere and ignoring the signboards.
That journey without meaning of living lasted for about two years. Many things came so unpredictable and my life was easily influenced. I didn’t have a pillar of strength or hope to grab on. At the end of the period, my ‘car’ was defiled by so many things, also meaning, my personalities were vulnerable to all the temptations out there. I even got so jealous of everything and began to envy about stationeries and so that was when the first big sin I committed. Believe it or not? I was so good at stealing and got unspotted for almost 7 trips of stealing. And the worst thing I had ever done is also selling all those stationeries to my friends, at super cheap rate! cheaper than any place you can find! Let’s say.. er.. G-tec for RM2? But well of course, the bad one will be punished and the good one will be rewarded! My mom eventually found out of my evil doings, just because I didn’t manage to cover up for my secretive doings. And guess what? I broke into tears and for the first time, I felt the regret of committing sin and as if a heavy stone was chained to my legs. My mom was ashamed to talk me and embarrassed of my doings, but then she didn’t just walk away in sorrow ; instead, she stated to me this wonderful verse, 2 chronicles 7:14 ‘ if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.’
That was the exact moment I began to question myself, ‘God, are you there right up in the heaven? Watching what I have done? ‘ Fear starting to rain down on me when this question myself this over ten times and from that onwards, I was so hunger to know more about his presence and his kingdom. It was my third year in secondary school then, and of course, I went to CF camp again! Woohoo! And that was one of the thriving moments of my spiritual life again! A second generation of Christian was borne! It was a night of confessions of sins to our only one God and Savior.
All before this my ‘car’ was all along heading into a popular road which is filled with fames, bad habits, wickedness; but it was God who gave me a U turn! Yea! A U turn to an eternity life that is filled with hope! Joy! And freedom that you will never ever get from anywhere. And there are so many things to mention but you got to experience it for yourself! He, the Holy God, has set an escape road for me! Has sent His angels to guide me in my every thoughts, movement, and words. Meantime, He polished my car and even repairs every single damage of it. My sins were forgiven! I have found my purpose! I have armored myself with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteous, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit! (Ephesians 6) and the most important thing, I have found the purpose of life, the purpose that gives me the hope to continue my spiritual life.
And of course, it was not camp alone that gave me this chance to know more about Him, but this camp gave me chance to have even more chance! Why? Somehow, after this camp, I even want to know even even more! Yea! And from this onwards I began to join XYZ, Xtraordinary Youth Zone, and this is just simply awesome! I began to learn marvelous things about being Christ like and began to serve Him more from there. I thank God for placing me in such a beautiful place somehow, it is where I got to fellowship and got help from! I just got so excited of joining into such an amazing place.
Well, look guys, that is how God has changed my life! And of course, I wasn’t telling 100% due to limited space to write this life journal of mine. But tell you what now! My life is still filled with temptations now! Everyone has them because Satan is trying to control us by giving us sins! But sin only comes when you lust for the temptation! And it is in Christ, our pillar of strength, we got to control our lust and sins are from away from us then! I have so many problems right now too, such as family problem, financial problem and the list just go never ending but the thing is I am not worry about it, For God will provide to me anything that is according to His will! (Luke 1: 50-54). And I am not only hungry to know more about Him, but I am also hungry to know more and more people, and tell the world that He is alive! That He is the forgiver of sins! That He is the Hope and the light!
Well people, tell you what.. It is still the road less taken leads us to sweet surrender. You will only experience how great it is only if you have gone through it, and the truth is the experience will last forever, because He is carrying us all along.

camp is coming!
heh people? aren't u guys getting excited? camp is coming! eight days more! 200 hours more! wahaha! anyways.. God really blessed me with a free tshirt.. remember yea? i'm one of the people who appears to come this xyz camp for the first time.. lol.. and well! and u guys know all about the briefing.. but the problem is.. are we allow to bring handphone ar? no ideas right? i didn't hear anythin about that juz now in the briefing.. i juz realised.. anyways.. to u guys who signed up for camp.. congratz! u made a right choice! wink* and to those who not yet.. tatata... there's still time for u to think.. dun worry..
and now.. for the recap of what pastor Foo has said juz now.. adventure with the holy spirit! aren't u getting excited with it? three ways to get more from the speaker about learning of christ.. firstly, create strong spiritual atmosphere of faith.. 2 corintians 1:20 says that the promise is already there for you.. so have faith! and 2nd thing, learn to hunger for the word of God! No matter how much big faith u have in God, but u don't do ur devotions and grounded in the word of Life.. won't u feel guilty? won't u feel fuzzy about your life.. and won't u feel ur doings are not according to the life of a servant of God? so read it the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth and it is a part of being a servant of christ.. and 3rd way.! write wat the speaker says, and talk about it.. tell your friends! this prove to be true! no wonder la.. i always listen listen but it seems to disappear so so fast.. lol..
anyways. i think we should take turns to recap and because this can be a part of having the effort remembering the word of God... yea? ciaoz.. take care.. prepare urself for something unexpected in eight days... expect the unexpected guys! ciaoz..

Prayer items...
heh ya people! i dun actually know how many of you really come and visit this blog.. but it is surviving anyways.. lol.. well.. prayer item.. i need you guys to help me! pray that i will continue to have that overwhelming faith and strength k.. i mean.. i was like inviting any challenges to my life because i am confident in it because of my great God.. but now.. seems like.. things are getting shaky.. and thanks you guys and gals.. for supporting me so far.. and thanks for yea prayer.. and one more prayer item.. i dunno if i shall say it out anot.. but pray for the cgs in xyz la.. their unity and prayer chain.. and u guys must feel glad k! i think i heard christine said we are the one that had the most outhing right? yea! something good la.. anyways.. yea! pray for it k! ciaoz.. take care..

heh guyz and galz! holiday has started! er.. infact pass few weeks ago.. well.. since no one posting anything.. well i shall encourage u guys by posting up sumthing.. ahha! well.. let me juz spam sumthing here.. if u guyz didnt notice, this is my first year joining XYZ... so no surprise.. but kinda know everyone liao la.. ahaha.. and about camp! well! it is a SURE that i will go for the camp liao.. unlike my school's president and setiausaha camp thingy.. yaks.. in fraser hills though.. but i know i'm gonna have a better time in XYZ camp anyways! and so are you! the one reading this! haha! anyways.. i don't care what's gonna be in your holiday list, but juz make sure that i will see your face in the campsite! ahaha.. Soon, Blogger will be able to be transferred to Blogger Beta so we will have labels! And we can sort all our posts according to categories, so it's pretty cool...
so when it goes into beta version, please take note of the next admin update.
i have already place haloscan comments back. (good thing i didn't delete the account there.) so do feel free to comment if you think that the tag board is getting tad bit too "not-enough-space". Feel free yeah, if not I will take the comments away again.

Prayer items...
oh greatz.. anyways... i need you guys and gals to pray for the following prayer items la... since all of u from dj.. haha.. first of all.. im kinda very worry about our cf now.. something just kept on telling me to do something but i still don't know what is that yet.. and besides that, next year we got the new pengetua.. but the main thing i urge u guys to pray for is the unity of the committee la.. not committee alone! the members are the history makers as well k! i dunno y but i kept on thinking the new pengetua is like a challenge to our unity here in cf la.. i thank God actually!!! We are His hands, we are going to make a change! so let Satan see that this new pengetua is not a barrier for us, but a stepping stone to a better unity! yea? amen.. ciaoz.. take care! What a Wonderful Time at M&M's
Thank you Christine for your confidence in Mark & me to organise the sleepover at M&M's...phew...thank God it turned out so funnnn. M&M's place is cosy and full of love, we really feel that we are at home...oh gosh, when Gene Hann suggested another night of sleepover, I think M&M freaked out inside them. Good thing we did not break anything in our pillow fights..two fights in 3 hours. Oh, we found out that Jia Yi, the quiet girl can pillow fight real well with Jeremy...keep up the good work, Jia Yi..hit him harder next time.

Heh! dun blame me for a lame title.. juz cant think one.. hahaa.. anyways.. for u guys who didnt manage to join the staying overnight thingy in Ming Ern's apartment.. hahaha.. how i wish the time will juz freeze there and forever we will be playin games. haha.. for those who came.. yea man! movie marathon or risk marathon.. somehow.. MIng Ern's apartment is very small yet interesting.. i think? ahahha,, dun u guys think so.. lol.. Board games were fun! ahhaa.. while others also watching all sorts movie.. like.. er.. (dunno.. cause i didnt watch..) but splendid... ahhaa.. end up everyone slept at 4.30 in the morning.. and in like twenty minutes.. got pillow fight thingy.. ahha! (im not involve).. all i did is juz throwin stufz around.. hehe.. then i was the last one to sleep.. juz because wanna see everyone's cute, sleeping post.. ahaha.. next day.. at 7.30 am.. the next pillow fight goes on.. ahhaa.. and i was like so blur.. sleepin in the middle of the 'battlefield'.. ahaha.. there's too much too write.. cant write much here.. lol.. i do miss it! waaa! cg outhin rocks! but it is because of our God Jesus, that we gathered together and have funin his presence.. amen? ahha.. watchup for the next outhing! see ya!

yes, i'm rebekah. didn't it clearly state after the title?
to avoid having too many articles clashing with announcements...i tell you what. ppl doing announcement, go and have a go with colors. hey, i give you a white background. you can do anything u like with a white background. and u know what? i put in a previous post thingie, so those who think there isn't any announcements, may find themselves tricked by articles. then again, there's this thing call scrolling. but previous post will do.

*DiviNe LovEZ....
If i asked you who wrote these lines:" we are born to love, we live to love, and we will die to love still more," you would probably guess its William Shakespear in Romeo and Juliet.
Right? No. Wrong. The words were uttered by Saint Joseph Cafasso, who lived his life with a disabling spine injury. He spent all his dats in Italy, in Turin, where he preached to convicted prisoners, to reform them, bringing the message of christ.
Of course i have not met any saint in my eartly life. nor do i know anything about sainthood; but i have read the writings of saints, and they all seem to agree on the majesty of divine love.
"God is love," they all love. "God's love is absolute," they say further more. And in the BIBLE we read about a rabbi asking Jesus. "teacher, which commandment in the law is the most important?"
" Love the Lord your God," Jesus answered, "with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind." that is divine live. God makes us and we love him. And there's the second commandment: "Love your neighbour as you love yourself." "LOve is like a garment," Saint Catherine of Siena wrote, comparing it to a cloth wrapped round us like a new dress. Divine love is just simply beautiful.

About Death ANd Dying...
Many of my friends don't like to talk about death and dying. it is taboo. they avoid it like the plague. I have seen a few who in their dying hours experienced a sense of peace, and pleased with having to let go. there is deep consolation in "dying well" which indicates that we have lived well. And living in the shadow of death is really a time to grow within ourselves.
When we have lived in a meaningful and purposeful life, and have done all the work for the good of mankind, then comes the time to face death. We can let go. And we will be free of pain, free of fears and worries, knowing that we all return home to God. and dying is just a start of your true life.
Let us view death as part of God's plan for us, and that there is a scared dimension to it. In dying we pass through a gate between the the known and the unknown, the later which we claim as scared ground.
To put it simple, we have completed the journey of life on earth, having done the best we can. And finally there is reconciliation between us and God. thanks for reading this. God bless yea...

*ahem*... more fun and happening things we can do!! =D
Time? --> 5.30pm meet in 1u, NEW WING, in front of B.U.M Equipement...
Things to bring? --> Change of clothes and sleeping bag if possible...
