Alright people! Are you guys ready to set on the journey of our new series?? (:

Just to refresh your memory, we are doing a SCRAPBOOK like project for the rest of the month of September.

Our woman of faith is

Amy Carmichael!

Yup her name is on the orange paper behind. (the paper you guys got yesterday)

SO, you guys gotta start researching stuff about her! Make sure you guys know at least briefly WHO she is, WHAT she does and at least a rough background so that you won't be lost during the rest of the month.

In case some of you have forgotten, here are your 'duties' :

• Background (historical background of the person, period in which she lived) - Jeremy
• Context (general social & economical condition at that time, state of the church and spiritual condition at that time) - Gabriel, Jia yi
• Acts of faith (what did she do, how did she act out in faith, at least one eg of act of faith) - Mark C, Xue Li, Ai lee
• Impact of faith (how did she impact her own generation, How did she impact you/us) - Wei-en, Sara
• Mulitmedia Presentation (3-5 mins, summary of above, background music)- Mark Ng, Julian
• Photos (of Amy, places she went, any pictures you can find related to her) - Seng Loh

This is what you guys gotta do.

1. Find your part. Research on it, go to websites BESIDE wikipedia as well, books and ask your parents/leaders/anyone you know that knows her. Get all the imformation you can get.
2. Find as much as you can this week and pass me (Sara) your articles, etc BY FRIDAY. Bring an extra copy on SATURDAY. *NO LAST MINUTE WORK OK!*
3. If you guys can find any useful info about Amy eventhough it's NOT ur part, save it/print it anyway coz this project is for everyone not just one person part. kay? ;)
4. Save the website links *VERY IMPORTANT*
